    Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has an exciting opportunity for a senior archive professional to develop a corporate archives and records management service. Formed in 1882, the Club has been based on its current site since 1899. As part of the development of the Club’s New Stadium, we are developing a corporate archive in which to place the wealth of items, documents, objects and memorabilia collected over many decades. We are developing plans for its future management, as well as the creation of a digital archive and to establish a robust records management programme that will support the work of the Club and ensure that the archive develops for the future. Our collections will support the core work of the Club and engage fans and visitors through the Tottenham Experience and other community activities.

    In this strong public facing role we are seeking to appoint an experienced, senior archive professional to be responsible for managing and delivering all aspects of collections care, information and access. The postholder must have a post-graduate qualification in Archives and Records Management or a related discipline and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in the field. They will have experience in managing corporate archives, developing public facing archive services and ideally records management.

    You will have enthusiasm and drive to identify and deliver projects and an understanding of how archives and collections can support business and sport. It is essential that the successful postholder have excellent communication skills and is able to work with a wide range of people.
