Talented midfielder who proved his worth in league football in 2005-06 with a successful loan stint at Chesterfield.
Jamie played 19 games in League One, scoring five goals and made quite an impression at Saltergate, having made his league debut as a 19-year-old.
That loan spell came via his performances for the reserves with 13 appearances in 2005-06.
He played in every game in the FA Youth Cup in 2004-05, scoring in the win against Everton with a superb free-kick as we reached the semi-finals.
He spent that campaign split between the Under-18s and reserves, playing 14 times at youth level and 16 for Clive Allen's side.
Capped by England at Under 16, 17 and 18 level. Born in London, he was brought up in Dartford and attended Highams Park School.
