What We Do

  • One-to-One Employment Support

Our one-to-one employment advice and guidance is supported by our partner employers in local businesses across various sectors. They offer apprenticeships, traineeships and paid career options across a wide variety of disciplines. They provide information on what they look for in a good candidate, how their application process works and work alongside us to deliver the skills and qualifications needed for careers in their business.

If you are unemployed or working less than 16 hours per week, not on a full-time college course and aged16 and above, then you can register with one of our employment advisers.

Our employment advisers can give you one-to-one employment information, advice and guidance to help you:

    • Consider career options including paid jobs, traineeships, apprenticeships and/or further education
    • Discuss and help you overcome any barriers to you progressing into work or learning
    • Gain vocational skills training, interview practice, work experience and volunteering
    • Access to job-searching facilities and a jobs club
    • Apply for jobs and courses that you and your adviser have sought out or with the different options available with local businesses partnering with Tottenham Hotspur Foundation
    • Get continued support by your adviser up to six months after you start your new placement, job or course

If you are unemployed or working less than 16 hours per week, not on a full-time college course and aged 16 and above, then you can register with one of our employment advisers.
