  • Tottenham Hotspur Foundation is proud to announce the creation of our pre-elite impairment specific Centre of Excellence and Player Development Centres, part of the Football Association's National Disability Football Talent Pathway.

    Disability Football

    • A permanent team of qualified staff from the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation will deliver the coaching and teaching elements of the programme
    • All coaching staff have appropriate UEFA and FA qualifications in football, are emergency aid trained, and are CRB checked to enhanced level
    • Learners will use facilities at the Score Sports Complex in Leyton and at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club over the duration of the year
    • A full-time sports therapist/physiotherapist will be available for all players
    • The centre will compete in the National and Southern Regional fixtures

    London Regional Cerebral Palsy Football Centre of Excellence 

    Venue: Score Sports Centre, Oliver Road, London, E10 5JY
    Time: 10.00 - 12.00
    Day: Saturday
    Age group: 12+

    Backgrounds / Aims
    The regional centre of excellence for cerebral palsy football aims to develop footballers who have cerebral palsy and/or an acquired brain injury to progress onto national emerging talent camps, England Development Squads and the full senior squads including Team GB.

    London Regional Partially Sighted & Deaf Futsal Centre of Excellence 

    Venue: Score Sports Centre, Oliver Road, London, E10 5JY
    Time: 12.00 - 14.00
    Day: Saturday
    Age group: 12 - 16

    Background / Aims
    The regional centre of excellence for partially sighted and deaf footballers aims to develop players to progress onto national emerging talent camps, England Development Squads and the full Senior squads.

    Middlesex & South East England Regional Blind Futsal Player Development Centre 

    Venue: Middlesex University, the Burroughs, London, NW4 4BT
    Time: 10.00 - 12.00 (16+ age group) and 12:00 - 13:30 (12 - 16 years)
    Time: Saturday
    Age group: 12+

    Background / Aims
    The regional player development centre for blind footballers aims to develop players to progress onto national blind football league, emerging talent camps, England Development Squads and the full Senior squads.

    Middlesex Regional Player Development Centre 

    Venue: The Ark Academy, Forty Avenue, Brent, London, HA9 9JR
    Time: 18.00 - 19.30
    Day: Tuesday
    Age group: 12 - 16

    Background / Aims
    The regional player development centre caters for Pan Disability Footballers (Cerebral Palsy, Partially Sighted, Deaf and Amputee) and aims to develop players to progress onto regional impairment specific centre of excellence programmes.

    Age group: 12 - 16

    The regional player development centre caters for Pan Disability Footballers (Cerebral Palsy, Partially Sighted, Deaf and Amputee) and aims to develop players to progress onto regional impairment specific centre of excellence programmes.

    Tottenham FC 

    Venue: Tottenham Powerleague
    Time: 10.00 - 12.00
    Day: Sunday
    Age group: 16+

    Background / Aims
    Tottenham FC is a men’s Sunday football team for players with cerebral palsy and/or acquired brain injuries. It aims to develop players to progress onto the regional cerebral palsy centre of excellence programme.

    The Football Pathways Centre 

    Venue: Tottenham Powerleague
    Time: 10.00 - 12.00
    Day: Sunday
    Age group: 8 - 11

    Background / Aims
    The THF Football Pathways centre caters for Pan Disability Footballers (Cerebral Palsy, Partially Sighted, Deaf and Amputee) and aims to develop players to progress onto regional player development centres and impairment specific centre of excellence programmes.
