    Employment and Skills - All Programmes

     

    The Employment & Skills department of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation offer a wide range of programmes, with the support of key partners.

     

    Kick Off North

    Kick Off helps 16 to 24 year olds not currently in employment or education to find jobs, apprenticeships, traineeships and training  courses.

    Applicants must be 16 to 24 years old; not in education, employment, or training; a resident of Haringey, Enfield, or Waltham Forest; and not claiming Jobseeker's Allowance unless they have a learning difficulty or disability.

    Kick Off West

    Kick Off West provides learning support to 16 to 24 year olds with a learning disability or difficulty, who are not in employment or training.

    Applicants must be 16 to 24 years old; not in education, employment, or training; a resident of Barnet, Harrow, Brent, Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow, or Hammersmith & Fulham; and have a self-declared learning disability or difficulty.

    Matchday Volunteering Kiosk

    The Matchday Volunteering Kiosk allows people to work in the kiosk during home games, with guaranteed job interviews at the end.

    Applicants must be 18 or older.

    Youth Talent Programme

    Youth Talent works in partnership with companies and young people. Companies and organisations complete a skills needs analysis, while the Foundation works with young people and local schools to find employment and work experience opportunities

    Participants must be 16 to 24 years old, or in year 10 or 11 at school.

    Functional Skills 16 - 24

    This programme helps participants to improve their level of English and Maths through training, led by a Tottenham Hotspur Foundation member of staff.

    Applicants must be a member of another current Tottenham Hotspur Foundation programme.

    Pre-Apprenticeship Programme

    The Pre-Apprenticeship programme, supported by StubHub, allows participants to gain work experience, alongside employability training, and puts them in a perfect position to move onto an apprenticeship. The next cohort begins in January. 

    This programme is open to all.

    Construction Skills Academy

    The Construction Skills Academy provides participants with construction skills and "tickets", as well as a CSCS card, with guaranteed job interviews at the culmination of the two week course.

    Applicants must be 19 years old or older; and a resident of Haringey, Enfield, Waltham Forest, or Barnet.

    Customer Service Level 2

    A Customer Service Level 2 qualification helps you to understand the process of delivering quality customer service as an employee and employer, with a significant focus on communication.

    Applicants must be between 19 and 24; and currently on a Tottenham Hotspur Foundation traineeship.

    Team Leading Level 2

    A Team Leading Level 2 qualification helps you to understand the key processes and strategies to being a good team leader, with a significant focus on communication.

    Applicants must be between 19 and 24; and currently on a Tottenham Hotspur Foundation traineeship.

    William Hill - Pathway to Employment

    Participants will receive work preparation from Foundation staff, such as customer service training, cv building, and interview techniques, before embarking on 3 weeks work experience with William Hill.

    Applicants must be 19 years old or older.

    Reignite

    The programme aims to help over 50s who are looking for work, changing their career, or returning to work. Participants will receive 1-2-1 employment support from the Foundation's employment advisors, as well as the opportunity to take part in employability workshops. This programme is a collaboration with the Health & Wellbeing department, and as such, offers participants 1-2-1 personal training sessions.

    Applicants must be over 50.

    Premier League Works

    The Foundation aims to support those who are far away from the jobs market; helping them to boost their confidence and self-belief, in order to allow them to find work or education.

    Applicants must be between 16 and 24 years old.

     Football Coaching Traineeship 

    The programme runs for 12 weeks, and provides participants with football coaching training, functional skills training, and the opportunity to complete their Sports Leader Level 1 award.

    Applicants must be 16 to 18 years old; and not in education, employment, and training
