  • STORYTELLING WORLD CUP AT THE CITY OF LONDON FESTIVAL

    28 June 2014

    10.30am - 12.30pm (storytelling starts at 11am)

BOWLER HAT THEATRE, PATERNOSTER SQAURE, EC4M 7DX

Football takes centre stage in City of London Festival’s pop-up Bowler Hat theatre as Tottenham Hotspur Foundation teams up with Barbican Children’s Library to present an exciting Saturday morning of storytelling and footballing fun.

    Storytelling World Cup

Stories will be read by popular children’s author Dan Freedman and guests from Tottenham Hotspur – with a little help from Chirpy! Also look out for a very special performance from theatre group Kazzum. Thanks to Usborne Publishing, each child can pick up a free Football Sticker Book to take home with them.

Don’t miss the fun and games outside the Bowler Hat theatre too, including freestyle footballing tricks from Disney XD’s Charlotte Lade, and test your skills on our fantastic penalty shoot out and batak reaction wall games.

Tickets are free but must be booked in advance through the Barbican Box Office on 0845 120 7502.
