1    SATURDAY

1888    Winger Fanny Walden born in Wellingborough.  He would join us in April, 1913, from his hometown club for a then record £1,700 fee and go on to play for England.

1995    Ronny Rosenthal (pictured, right) scores a hat-trick as we hit back from two goals down at Southampton to win 6-2 after extra time in an FA Cup fifth round replay.

2    SUNDAY

SPURS v CARDIFF CITY, Barclays Premier League, at White Hart Lane, 4.30pm.

1963    Double-winner Terry Medwin plays his last game for Spurs as we beat West Bromwich Albion 2-1 at White Hart Lane thanks to two goals from Bobby Smith.

3    MONDAY

1934    George Hunt scores all three as we beat Everton 3-0 in Division One at the Lane.

1973    Ralph Coates is our match-winner as we lift the League Cup following a 1-0 win over Norwich City at Wembley.
