Central midfielder Dylan Duncan has been a regular for our Under-18s in the last two years and has now stepped up into Under-23s reckoning.
A member of the side that lifted the IMG Cup in Florida in December, 2016, he scored four goals in 21 Under-18 Premier League appearances in 2016-17, netted once in six games on our run to the FA Youth Cup semi-finals and played three times in the Under-19 UEFA Youth League.
He also hit the headlines in November, 2016, after being plucked from our Academy to join in with an England national team training session at Hotspur Way.
A calm and influential player in the middle of the park, Dylan was born and bred in Newham in East London and attended the GGSK College in Chigwell.
He played youth football with Southend United before joining us and in 2014-15 he was part of our squad which won the South Korea Cup and featured in the Frenz Under-18 International Cup in Malaysia in January, 2015.
He also made his breakthrough for our Under-18s in the league during that campaign, his debut coming as a substitute against Fulham, and he made four appearances in total, including one start.
He was a regular for our Under-18s in 2015-16. He started 17 games and appeared off the bench a further six times, scoring away at Leicester and at home to Wolves during the latter stages of that campaign.
He also stepped up to make his Under-21s debut as a substitute in front of the live television cameras in a 3-2 win at Norwich City in October, 2015.
