A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual with retail management or supervisory experience in our Chelmsford store.
You will assist in the day-to-day operation of the store ensuring excellent customer service is always achieved.
This position requires a person who has good customer service and retail management skills with previous cash handling experience. The hours are negotiable but must include weekends and Bank Holidays.

IT SOFTWARE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
This position requires a highly motivated and skilled individual who has gained suitable qualifications or experience. Based at the Stadium, occasional travel will be required to other local sites and a clean driving licence and car is essential (mileage allowance given).
The ideal candidate should be familiar with server virtualisation and Datacore software in a production environment. In addition, we need excellent all round computer software skills and the ability to install, maintain and manage MS Server 2000/2003, MS Windows 2K/XP/Vista and SQL/MSDE databases. Experience with MS Exchange 2003 and MS Office 2000/2003 applications is essential together with good skills in Active Directory and TCP/IP networks.
We have 250 full-time staff so we require excellent user facing communication skills and an eye for detail. The successful candidate must be a good team player but has to respect the confidentiality that the role demands. Working in a small IT team of 4, you will be expected to become involved in most aspects of software and hardware support plus fixed and mobile telecommunications.

KEY ROLES
1. Managing our ESX servers and Clarion SAN's. Ensuring complete accurate replication to our DR server is fully maintained using Datacore with backups taken as scheduled. Checking daily event logs and resolving issues arising.
2. Providing application support to users to resolve faults in a timely and professional manner and liaison with third party support and application providers to escalate jobs to third level support when necessary.
3. Updating servers and computers as necessary with latest software patches and upgrades to operating systems and applications using WSUS.
4. Using Footprints help desk software to process all requests for support, plus maintenance of hardware and software licensing compliance.
5. Provide holiday/absence cover, as needed for other team members.
6. The position may require out-of-hours or weekend working to facilitate office moves and upgrades subject to advance notice and time off in lieu.
