TEMPORARY PAINTERS

Three temporary vacancies will arise within our Maintenance Department for experienced painters based in Tottenham for a fixed term to commence on June 9 through until August 15.

The successful candidates should be time-served painters and decorators and have had previous experience working in maintenance. The positions will involve the redecoration of selected areas of the football stadium in preparation for the start of the new football season.

These positions require people to support the existing maintenance team and will report to the Maintenance Manager. Hours of work will be 40 hours per week (8.00am to 5.00pm) Monday to Friday with lunch provided between 1.00pm and 2.00pm.

Hourly rate to be agreed.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR MERCHANDISE DIVISION
WAREHOUSE MANAGER

We are currently seeking to appoint a Warehouse Manager in our Merchandise Division to be based in Enfield.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management and should be experienced in managing change, working within budgets, achieving customer service targets and exceeding KPI’s with a practical, process-driven and problem solving mindset.

As a leader, the applicant will be a dynamic motivator, a good listener and have excellent communication skills. The person will need superb man-management skills and be responsible for the development and training of their team.

A person is required with high standards, who questions and challenges, having a real passion for getting things done. In addition they will play a key role in the decision-making process for the short, mid and long term vision for the business through their role as Warehouse Manager.

Through their team they will maximise the effective use of Warehouse space, ensuring stock accuracy and operational efficiency, whilst developing and implementing best operating practices in all areas of the warehouse and logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Overseeing retail picking and distribution operation.
- Overseeing the ‘Goods In’ operation from both internal and external suppliers.
- To prioritise workflow and workloads to ensure maximum use of resource and optimise service to all areas of the business.
- Liaise with other senior managers to ensure strategic goals are achieved.
- All aspects of Inventory Management, including the identifying and project managing of initiatives to improve stock handling, movement and inventory efficiencies.
- Full responsibility to cover the training, development and coaching of your team, which includes a team of managers.
- Relationship management of suppliers eg forklift trucks, waste management etc.
- Ensure all aspects of Health & Safety are adhered to in the warehouse environment.

Duties will include:

2) Printing Shirts
3) Goods In
4) Computer Literate
5) Drivers Licence an advantage
6) General Warehouse Duties

These positions require people who are flexible, as weekend work will be necessary. You may be required to work overtime at the Managers request.

Rate of pay will be £5.75 per hour.

 MAIL ORDER DEPARTMENT - TEMPORARY TELESALES OPERATORS

Temporary opportunities have arisen within our Mail Order Department at Enfield for enthusiastic telesales operators. (No cold calling involved.) Hours will be 9.30am to 5.30pm on a rota basis to cover 7 days a week. 35 hours will be worked in total per week.

All applicants should enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment. Duties will include telesales and order entry. Payment will be £6.25 per hour.

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FOUNDATION - COACHING OPPORTUNITIES

Tottenham Hotspur Foundation is currently recruiting qualified FA coaches to support an increasing amount of after school and evening work within local schools and leisure centres in the Enfield, Essex, Hertfordshire and North London areas. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable football coaches who have excellent communications skills and previous experience of coaching children between the ages five to14 years old.

Candidates will need to have a minimum FA Level Two Coaching Certificate, plus current Child Protection and First Aid Certificates.

This position is subject to CRB Disclosure at Enhanced level.
